Public & Private Sector Projects
Public and private sector projects across UX and UI.

Project intro
While at Faculty AI, I worked as a forward-deployed product designer on a range of public and private sector projects across UX and UI design. These included content management systems, data visualisation, and dashboards that utilised data aggregation and discovery algorithms.
Later work involved agents and agentic workflows in decision intelligence and workflow automation — including Private project — please ask for passwordAI Agents and Private project — please ask for passwordAI Workflows for Financial Services.
All of this work included user research, discovery through experimentation and wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and working closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and frontend developers to implement designs.

Role
UK Government work
I worked across a range of UK Government departments on UX and UI for complex digital services — from content management systems and data tools through to high-stakes decision-support interfaces in secure environments.

Private project — please ask for passwordAI Agents
Faculty's AI Agent Command Centre – task management & observability for non-technical users to manage agents.
The product was designed for client implementations of agentic workflows. The first implementation was at a bank for agent-assisted fraud review where I worked with analysts to design and build frontend artefacts for the analysts to use.
Private project — please ask for passwordAI Workflows for Financial Services
Augmenting complex workflows with AI agents and LLMs.
Forward-deployed product design and engineering for a startup-style client in a corporate setting — building an AI-first approach to financial advisory work, where agents and LLMs process large volumes of client data and apply tax and advisory processes that would otherwise take much longer by hand.
The engagement narrowed from a broad set of vertical ideas into a voice agent and generative AI report writer for R&D tax credit filings — making the process faster, more scalable, and cheaper for the client's customers.
